If you are able to take advantage of one of these larger packages - GREAT! You will receive that package the first calendar month and beginning the next calendar month you would just receive the regular Candle of the Month package autoshipped to your door.

The Candle of the Month Program gets you started. Each month you receive the package with the newest scent (Scent of the Month) delivered right to your door. That is all that is required to be a distributor. You can order additional product at wholesale cost direct from the company as needed should you engage in direct selling but it is not required. There is no quota or other commitment besides your Candle of the Month.

Retailing - Engaging in Direct Sales - be it person to person, hosting a home candle party, catalog sales, festivals, fairs, craft shows and expos where you purchase the product directly from the company at wholesale earn you the instant "up front" cash. You charge your customers your retail price and purchase from the company at wholesale pricing. You put the difference in your pocket up front including tax and a shipping surcharge if you wish. When you sell at the company Suggested Retail Prices your profits will be double-your-money and sometimes more! Once you get started you will be able to download the Wholesale Pricing Guide in the back office of your personal website.

Internet Sales - Selling online to customers who purchase our products via your personal website through a shopping cart. This is turn-key and already in place for you when you get your company website and begin your candle business. When someone makes a product purchase from your company website, they check out with the shopping cart. The order is received by the company and they process the credit card, ship the order, charge you a handling charge and issue a credit to your account, what is called a Retail Rebate. That is your portion (profit) from the candle sales you make on the internet. You will receive an email from the company letting you know you received an order. Those orders are tracked in the back office of your personal company website. Retail Rebates are paid monthly (as explained further below) and a chart showing your Retail Rebate profits from internet candle sales with your business is also downloadable from your personal company website in the back office.

Residual Income - Residual Income is the commissionable portion of your distributor team's group sales volume. You earn 5-10% of the volume generated on your distributor team as it builds. You are paid on both the Candle of the Month purchases as well as all other purchases made by your team of distributors. Since many members are engaged in retailing or direct selling, many of them purchase in excess of the Candle of the Month (autoship requirement). The program runs per calender month. At the end of the month, your earnings from Residual Income and Retail Rebates (online candle sales via the internet) are calculated and you are paid around mid-month of the next calendar month. You can be paid either one of two ways. The way I strongly recommend is Direct Deposit. When you get started you can download the Direct Deposit payment form in the back office of your personal company website, fill it out and send it in to the company. You may also be paid by check in the mail but this takes longer and there is a small handling fee associated with paper checks. So be sure to get your Direct Deposit in place as one of your first steps to getting started.

Company Information - You will receive a welcome email from the company upon your joining with your distributor number. Your personal website is usually live on the internet a short time after joining online. You can visit your company website on the internet, click on the Login area which is top left of your personal website, login using your distributor number and password. There is a wealth of resources in all sections of your back office and the Document Downloads section contains information you can print out, put in a binder (your business manual) and refer to them as you build your business. You will be added to the email list and will begin receiving notices from the company in the form of updates as well as a list of company conference calls available to you at no charge.
